As owner of The Briarwood Inn, Lisa envisioned the catering extension of our most loved Briarwood Restaurant. Wishing to bring all the quality and reputation that has been associated with our name to Catering and Events.
A graduate of Birmingham University, England in Hotel Catering & Business Management, Duncan has enjoyed working in the Sales & Catering fields for the past 20 years with a variety of experience assisting with all forms of social and corporate events. Joining the Briarwood family in 2013, Duncan has overseen 250 fine celebrations as the active General Manger of The Briarwood Restaurant.
Executive Chef, Jeffrey Jones joined the Briarwood in 2015 having previously held significant Executive Chef positions in and around the Denver area. Having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Jeffrey began his career working in 5 star properties including the famous Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and the Camelback Inn by J.W.Marriott before returning to Colorado.
